So, two of our suppliers are having arguments about parts one has copied from the other, well we've had it also in the past and I always need to punch myself and remember that "imitation is the sincerest form of flattery" and if you speak Dutch it's "imitatie is de oprechtste vorm van vleierij".

Royal Mail's packet rates increased on most items we despatch, we have now imposed a minimum postage charge of £6.90 (in many cases we will refund back any excess), clearly an insider in Royal Mail is still at work trying to drive customers away, more of our parcels will now be sent by the efficient DPD service.

The future of Royal Mail (Her Majesty's Mail), in the hands of the private sector? Heaven forbid, the morals of some TNT employees, your mail in their pockets (Ecas do not use TNT!).

Delighted? - Yes, that an unnamed but obvious competitor finds the words and descriptions in our catalogue and on our website so useful that he uses them, it must feel the same for a composer to walk into a shop and hear his music being played - we don't get the royalties though!
Friday 15th January 2010 Scrappage Sceme.
Business Secretary Lord Mandelson said: "I'm pleased to see that the scheme has been taken up by so many people, supporting our automotive manufacturers through a very difficult time".
So - the Grand Poobah himself has decided that South Korea is part of UK! The greatest quantity of cars sold under the scrappage deal is by Hyundai.

Monday 21st September 2009
CWU's Royal Mail workers foolish strike action, some items of mail have been held for up to a month in hotspots of lunacy, London & Peterborough notably. This latest action encouraged & inspired by CWU, who are apparently delighted about the situation will mean that more of our goods must now be sent by a signed for service - i.e. if you are not in when the item is delivered, the item can not be left, we will be using Fedex (or other carrier) instead of Royal Mail to ensure reliable delivery.
Monday 22nd September 2008
Today we installed a reflection & multi-faith room for our staff, just like they've got at Downing Street, ECAS - always at the leading edge!
Monday 26th May 2008

Saturday 17th May 2008
It's a cool damp day after 2 weeks of real 2cv weather, we just received 2 tonnes of new spares, the season's not started yet!
Thusday 8th May 2008
Today the sun was shining & our customers are digging out their 2cvs from a long mild winter.
Sadly our business neighbour, who sells parts for Land Rovers can't drive his fork lift truck & has badly damaged 2 of our 2cvs parked outside, we'll talk later.....
